ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.B.Ramanathan, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.Though the present Writ Petition challenges the seniority list dated 06.09.2019, the petitioner has now restricted his prayer only to consider his representation dated 01.10.2019. 3.In view of the restricted relief sought for, without going into the merits of the Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
