PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute in Survey Adangal No.3317 measuring 91 cents in Kadaiyanallur, Ambalavanaperikulam Village/Sankaraperikulam and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering in the civil dispute.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the complainant, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
