O R D E R
There is no appearance on the side of the petitioner. 2.I went through the materials on record. The categorical stand of TRB is that they have not followed any MBC reservation in the present recruitment process. An affidavit has been filed to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner took time on several occasions. I also granted sufficient opportunity to controvert the assertion made by the board. Since the petitioner is unable to demonstrate the falsity of the respondent's assertion, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, Sub.A.(MD)No.153 of 2022 is closed.
