Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had arranged job for his brother's daughter by paying a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- and Rs.20,000/- for other expenses to one Balasubramanian in the year 2019 and till date. On 15.12.2022, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent and the same was registered in Crime No.389 of 2022 against the accused persons. Alleging that no progress has been made in this case, this petition has been filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation is almost completed.

4. Perusal of the CD file shows that major part of the investigation has been completed. Let the remaining be completed and final report will have to be filed before the concerned Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
