ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dinidgul, to dispose of I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in O.S.No. 729 of 2019, pending on his file within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner / plaintiff, she has filed a suit in O.S.No.729 of 2019, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, for the relief of injunction restraining the respondent / defendant from using Cart Track except for agricultural purpose. Along with the suit, she has also filed an interim application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.729 of 2019, for the relief of interim injunction and the same is being adjourned for filing counter of the respondent, but, till date, the respondent has not filed any counter and he has been dragging on the matter. Therefore, he has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court to pass appropriate direction to dispose of I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in O.S.No. 729 of 2019, at the earliest point of time.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

C.R.P(MD)No.2130 of 2019 this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dinidgul, to dispose of I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in O.S.No. 729 of 2019, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
