ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter of the Principal District Judge, Theni in D.No.4057 of 2021 dated 20.07.2021, this Court made the following order:

The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the HMOP No.115 of 2017.

2.The learned Sub Judge, Theni had sought for extension of six months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
