No Appearance (in both petitions) C O M M O N O R D E R These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2013 from the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Kumbakonam and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Mayiladudhurai in Nagapattinam District.

3. These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are of the year 2017 and the matters have been kept pending till date. There is no representation for the petitioner as well as the respondent. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these petitions pending at this length of time.

Hence, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Principal Sub-Court, Kumbakonam, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice and opportunity to both parties, if not disposed of earlier.
