Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to pass an order in petition, dated 05.08.2023 filed by the petitioner to restore the patta No.1310 as in its original position with inclusion of all the 12 heirs w.r.to the S.No.312/13 with an extent of 1.83.5 ares situated at Keelmudhukulathoor group, Ramanathapuram district by setting aside

the 3rd respondent's order, dated 18.07.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass an order in petition, dated 05.08.2023 filed by the petitioner to restore the patta No.1310 to its original position with inclusion of all the 12 heirs with respect to the S.No.312/13 with an extent of 1.83.5 ares situated at Keelmudhukulathoor group, Ramanathapuram district by setting aside the 3rd respondent's order, dated 18.07.2023.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the enquiry on the petitioner's representation is on and the same would be concluded within four weeks.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, a mandamus is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.08.2023 and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
