ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.58 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 09.09.2022 and 18.10.2022 on the ground that the accused has involved in previous cases, which are similar in nature. Even though, the co-accused is released either on Anticipatory Bail or regular bail. There is no change of circumstances.

3. Considering the fact that, the Petitioner is not having good conduct and is having previous bad antecedents, he is not entitled for Anticipatory Bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.21571 of 2022 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
