ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent and not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. This is the second complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is civil dispute and some sale transaction issue between the petitioner and the third respondent herein.

4. Even though it is the issue with regard to the sale transaction, which is civil in nature, in respect of other allegations, enquiry must be undertaken by the second respondent.

5. For the limited purpose, the petitioner may appear before the second respondent Police. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
