This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.369 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai to try along with H.M.O.P.No.08 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2017 and the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

4. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.369 of 2016 and the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.08 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice and opportunity to both parties, if not disposed of earlier. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
