Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of admission no stay was granted by this Court. He would further submit that the information in the e.court services shows that the case in HMOP No. 398 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram was disposed on 11.02.2021, hence nothing survives for adjudication in this petition 2.In view of the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, in the event of the petition in HMOP No.398 of 2017 remains pending, the petitioner is at liberty to renew the application.
