O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry and to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 for their illegal and fraudulent act based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2023.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint was given by the petitioner on 13.07.2023, so far no proper enquiry has been conducted.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that summon was issued to the petitioner to produce all the relevant 2/4

documents. But so far, no document is produced.

6. Let the petitioner produce all the relevant documents to the second respondent. Let the above said enquiry be completed by the second respondent within a period of fifteen days from the date of production of above said documents.

7.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
