Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner files this writ petition for issuance of a direction, directing the respondents to issue license to the petitioner to sell eatables and collect empty bottles in the Bar attached with TASMAC Shop No.10916 Oothumalai Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Thirunelveli District forthwith.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as per the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 29.10.2019, the petitioner has to produce a certificate from the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India and fix a Fire Extinguisher at the Bar.

W.P.(MD) No.24803 of 2019 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to comply with the directions. 6.On compliance of such directions, the respondents are directed to issue license to the petitioner.

7.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
