ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.930 of 2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected on 21.08.2024. As such the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.
