ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the NBW has been executed and the prosecution is ready to co-operate with the trial court to complete the trial within 3 months by producing the witnesses. Accordingly, the C.C.No.6 of 2018 o is "retransmitted" back to the trial court n the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatty, Madurai District. The learned Trial Judge is directed to give priority to the case and complete the trial as expediously as possible.
