PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24(1)(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908 to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.823 of 2017 from the file of the District Judge, Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the court of Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi.
