This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.7 of 2017 from the file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri and transfer the same to the Principal District Court, Dindigul.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for both sides are not connected through video conference.

3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2017 and the matter has been kept pending till date. There is no representation for the petitioner as well as the respondent. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

4. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri, to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.7 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
