O R D E R

The matter has already been referred to the Mediation Centre and it appears that the parties have resolved their disputes by agreeing to dissolve the marriage between them held on 25.05.2012 and the copy of the compromise memo has been forwarded to this Court by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

2. In the light of the compromise memo, no further order is required in the present petition. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the lines of the compromise and the terms of the Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decretal order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
