This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.120 of 2016 from the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for both sides are not connected through video conference.

3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2017 and the matter has been kept pending till date. Earlier, this Court granted interim order on 06.12.2017 and the same was extended only up to 12.03.2018 and thereafter, the said order has not been extended. There is no representation for the petitioners as well as the respondent. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

4. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur, to dispose of O.S.No.120 of 2016, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
