ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 31/2020, on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.181 of 2022 and posted for service of summon to the accused persons.
3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final 2/4
report, if he aggrieved over the same. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
