2. The petitioner is a street vendor. He has also been granted ID card by the Corporation. He is eking out his livelihood in the vending zone. Therefore, the petitioner will be permitted to carry on business and he shall not be disturbed. Of course, it is open to the authorities to take action as per law. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
