ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 118(1) and 103(1) of BNS, 2023, in crime No.375 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.09.2024 the de-facto complainant's son viz., Praveen raj went to purchase food along with his friends while returning,

the accused intercepted their vehicles and scolded with filthy languages and attacked brutally and killed the de-facto complainant's son. Hence, the case was registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he is no way connected in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.sdie) appearing for the State. 5.Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that on account of the Village Rivalry, the deceased was said to have been attacked, forcibly taken away and thereafter further attacked and killed by one group of villagers and the allegation against this petitioner being that he only encouraged and supplied arms and money, this is not a fit case for grand of anticipated bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
