The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 01.02.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.2082 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 01.02.2024, directing the respondent to pass orders in the appeal was complied with. The order passed in the appeal, dated 02.12.2024 has also been produced. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
