This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.313 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.313 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 13.10.2017.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
