This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.356 of 2015, from the file of the Sub-Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the Sub-Court at Pudukottai.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2017 and the matter has been kept pending till date without taking steps to serve the respondent. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

5. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the the Sub-Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.356 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not disposed of earlier. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
