ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes and not to harass the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR No.780 of 2024 came to be registered and when summons were issued directing the petitioners to appear, the petitioners though appeared have refused to give any statement and that therefore enquiry is pending.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that when the petitioners appeared before the third respondent for 2/4

enquiry, the third respondent has been threatening the petitioners to pay the amount of Rs.14 lakhs immediately to the fourth respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the entire property is not belonging to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners have raised allegations against the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioners as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
