ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) Earlier the contempt petition was closed on the ground that the Government had filed a second appeal in SA(MD) No.151 of 2024 and therefore the contempt petition was closed. Now the appeal filed by the Government was dismissed, therefore the present petition has been filed to re-open the contempt petition.

2. In view of the same, this petition is allowed. Post the contempt petition for hearing on 24.10.2025.
