(Judgment of the Court was made by V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellant, has produced the proceedings dated 06.03.2024 of the Block Educational Officer, Kamuthi, and submitted that the writ petitioner died on 27.07.2023 and his wife Mrs.Valliammal addressed a letter to the Block Educational Officer, Kamuthi, stating that because of the death of her husband, she is not in a position to conduct the case and requested to close the case. Along with the said proceedings dated 06.03.2024, the aforesaid letter of the writ petitioner's wife is enclosed.

Thus, recording the aforesaid proceedings dated 06.03.2024, the Writ Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
