JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by K.K. RAMAKRISHNAN,J.) This Intra Court appeal is directed against the order passed by the writ Court, dated 17.07.2017 in W.P(MD)No.13136 of 2017.

2. This writ appeal has been filed only against the interim order passed by this Court and not against the final order.

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the writ petition itself has been dismissed by this Court on 15.03.2021 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
