This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(i) of that " that they shall execute bond for Rs.25,000/- each and shall produce three sureties each for the likesum. Two of such sureties shall be blood relatives to the petitioners and one shall be local resident within the jurisdiction of this Court' imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, by the order dated 08.11.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.2912 of 2022 in C.C.No.269 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.4 (i) in Cr.M.P.No.2912 of 2022 in C.C.No.269 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, " that they shall execute bond for Rs.25,000/- each and shall produce three sureties each for the likesum. Two of such sureties shall be blood relatives to the petitioners and one shall be local resident within the jurisdiction of this Court", is modified to the effect that " that they shall execute bond for Rs.25,000/- each and shall produce three sureties each for 2/4

the likesum. Two of such sureties shall be blood relatives to the petitioners". Similarly, the condition imposed upon the petitioners in paragraph No.4 (v) " That they shall appear and sign before this Court daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders" is modified to the effect that " That they shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail.
