Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 277 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 12-06-2023 made in W.P(MD). NO.1941 of 2016 and thus render justice.

To set aside the order dated 12.06.2023 in WP(MD)No.1941 of 2016 on the file of this Honourable Court and allow the Writ Appeal. Prayer in WP(MD). 1941/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in proceedings No.O.Mu.No.54098/B1/2013, dated 05.03.2014 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to grant age relaxation to the petitioner and to appoint the petitioner to the post of Library Assistant in the third respondent college. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.ASHOK, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and of MR.R.

GOVINDARAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Account No.10767823177 [State Bank of India], towards District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam, within a period of two [2] weeks from today.

2.The Registry shall not number the Writ Appeal, if the receipt of the payment of cost is not enclosed.
