Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Pudukkottai to accept the surrender of the petitioner Nos.1 to 3 / Accused Nos.2 to 4 and consider their bail application and grant bail on the date of surrender itself in Crime No.195 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The petitioners are the accused persons in Crime No.195 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act-2015.

3.Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would further submitted the injured in this case is still taking treatment in hospital. 2/4

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioners.
