ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Commercial Inspector in the respondent Corporation, who was working at Mannachanallur challenging the order of transfer which was accompanied by an order of revocation of 2/5

suspension order and under the impugned order, the petitioner was transferred from Mannachanallur to South Thuraiyur Section.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this order of transfer has been recalled by the respondent Corporation and the petitioner has now been posted to Srirangam Section and the petitioner has no grievance over his transfer to Srirangam Section.

3. In view of the above said facts, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
