ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.09.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and conducted enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
3. Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the second respondent and the same was closed, this petition stands disposed of by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in appropriate forum in the manner known to law. 2/4
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
