This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to the Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur. 1/4

2.Mr.B.Ravindran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli to the Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur for final disposal. The Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur forthwith. The Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.215 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
