This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle, namely, Mahindra XUV 500 bearing Registration No.KL-43-G-2345, considering his representation dated 08.11.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) furnished a written communication given by the third respondent, wherein, the third respondent had stated that if the original owner appears before him with relevant documents, they are ready to return the vehicle to the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is present in person before this Court and he is ready to prove his identity and submit all the original documents relating to the vehicle before the third respondent today (i.e., 12.12.2019). 4.In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to return the vehicle to the petitioner today i.e on 12.12.2019, on his appearance and production of all the original documents relating to the vehicle. No costs.
