This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the land in S.No.121/1 situated at Seikalathur Village, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District and she has given a representation dated 27.07.2022, to the respondents, seeking patta. But so far the respondents have not considered the same. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/5

Considering the above facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
