When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the fourth respondent is working in the appellant school from the year 2017 onwards and there is no other disturbance made to her services in the said school.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
