ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.458 of 2022, dated 21.09.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. On the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.458 of 2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b) and 506 (i) IPC.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, by deleting the name of the second accused, has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thoothukudi and the same was taken on file in Crl.M.P. No.14555 of 2024 and notice was ordered to the defacto complainant. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4
