ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427, 109 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.158 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 02.08.2023, the accused persons abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and caused damage to his vehicle and his house. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having two previous cases. 2/3

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
