RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order of this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 15548/2024 dt. 23.09.2024 and permit the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police Sirkali, instead of respondent police station.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.15548 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 as 'the petitioner shall report before the 1/3

respondent police' instead of 'Inspector of Police, Sirkali Police Station, Sirkali. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. By the order dated 23.09.2024, while granting bail to the petitioner, this Court only directed the petitioner to stay at Sirkali and sign before the Inspector of Police, Sirkali Police Station, Sirkali, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a specific period of three weeks. The petitioner has been complied with only for 13 days. Without complying with the balance period of 8 days, now he is seeking modification.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner pleads that the petitioner is a poor person and he doesn't have the wherewithal. When the Court has imposed the condition only for a specific period, it is for the petitioner to comply with the same and hence, I am not inclined to modify the order. However, the petitioner can comply with the same, for eight days from tomorrow without waiting for this order copy. If he complies for eight days thereafter, the order shall stand relaxed. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. sd/- 22/10/2024 / TRUE COPY / /11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
