JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.18173 of 2017 dated 21.06.2024.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the legal heirs of the first respondent and the appellant Society have amicably resolved the dispute amongst themselves and had settled the issue, whereby, the retirement benefits have been received by them.
3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Appeal stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
