ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The consequential proceedings issued by the Tahsildar under Section 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is challenged before us.
2. The remedy for the petitioner is to file an appeal under Section 17 of SARFAESI Act before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. When an effective alternative remedy is available and when the Tribunal is also functioning as on today, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the third respondent in this Writ Petition.
3. In view of the same, giving 15 days time to the petitioner to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No 2/4
