Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st Respondent to disburse entire recovered amount from the petitioner's salary sum of Rs.85,000/- along with 18% interest to the petitioner in light of the order in W.A.No. 2561 of 2012 dated 05.12.2012 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2017 with in a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honble Court.

Cont.P(MD).No.1757 of 2019 in W.P(MD).No.20887 of 2017 pursuant to the order of this Court, respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and vide communicate in Na.Ka.No.v,4/31243/2013, dated 10.12.2019, the respondent have summoned the petitioner for an enquiry, which is scheduled to be held on 17.12.2019.

2.In view of the initiation of the enquiry pursuant to the order of this Court, it cannot be said the disobedience of this Court's order was wilful. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
