ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 IPC 1860 and Tamil Nadu 1/3

Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. He would further submit that in the enquiry, both parties have given statement that they work out their remedy before the competent Court. Now, there is no petition is pending against petitioner.
