For non-compliance of the order dated 28.08.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.10308 of 2020, statutory notice had been issued by this Court on 23.12.2022 to the contemnors/respondents. Pursuant to the statutory notice, the contemnors/respondents have appeared before this Court and filed a statuse report. Hence, the appearance of the contemnors/respondents is dispensed with.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors / respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 28.08.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.10308 of 2020, has been complied with and there is no willful disobedience.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors / respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
