At the instance of the learned Counsel for the appellant in W.A.(MD)No.119 of 2015, this matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. It is represented by the learned Counsel for the appellant that in the cause title in W.A.(MD)No.119 of 2015 the name of the appellant instead of "Trichy BHEL Ex-Apprentice Nalasangam, Rep. By its President, C.Balachandar, No.7, Thiru-Vi-Ka Street, Kottapattu, Tiruchirappalli - 620 004. (cause title accepted vide order dated 17.02.2015 made in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.A.Sr.No.55891 1/3

of 2014)", has been wrongly mentioned as "C.Balachandar" in the cause title of the judgment in W.A.(MD)No.1459 of 2017 etc. batch dated 21.03.2025 and prayed for correction in the cause title.

4. The error occurred due to typographical mistake. Hence, in view of the above, in order to rectify the same, the Registry is directed to issue fresh Judgment copy after incorporating the following changes in the cause title in W.A.(MD)No.119 of 2015 of the Judgment made in W.A.(MD)No.1459 of 2017 etc., batch dated 21.03.2025. "Trichy BHEL Ex-Apprentice Nalasangam, Rep. By its President, C.Balachandar, No.7, Thiru-Vi-Ka Street, Kottapattu, Tiruchirappalli - 620 004.
