2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that after completing the investigation, final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram. The matter has become infructuous.

3.Since there is no stay order, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the contents of the final report, they can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
