W.P.(MD)No.24961 of 2019 Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General on instructions submitted that initially there was an order of stay restraining the authorities from conducting election to Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Societies, and the order of stay was vacated only on 15.07.2019 and effective steps are taken to conduct election at the earliest.

3.In the light of the above submission, there is no necessity to issue any direction as sought for in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
